• On-demand service during business hours 9-5 EST, not 24/7.
• Service is offered via phone, on-line meetings, and/or in-person as needed.  In person visits accrue 1/2 hour of round trip travel time. Our up-front audit process and understanding of your set up allows many service requirements to be handled remotely speeding resolution and minimizing travel expenses.
